Shipping Policy


We deliver all over India based on the services available from logistics companies in India.

However please do note the following:

  • If we are unable to ship a Device to the address you have provided due to logistics reasons, you will be duly notified and not be charged for your order.

  • In case, we agree to ship to a location which our shipping partners do not cover, the customer will cover the logistics costs.

  • If a Device cannot be successfully delivered because you have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, the Device will be returned to Cloudwalker.  Your paid amount in such an event will be refunded after deducting logistics & handling charges of the returned order.

  • If a Device is not successfully delivered because we or our delivery agent made a mistake, we shall make another attempt to deliver the product at our cost.

  • If you do not receive your Device, please write to  with your invoice number and your shipping address and our support team will get in touch with you.

    Any delivery dates or times provided by us (or a delivery agent) are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

    What is the estimated delivery time?

    Generally we ship the items within 2 business days of when we receive the order. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

    Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

    Product's availability.

    The destination to which you want the order shipped to.

    There are no guarantees when it comes to delivery time.

    Are there any hidden costs (Sales tax, Octroi etc) on items sold?

    There are No hidden charges. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping location which our logistic partners may not cover.

    Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:

    Whether our logistic partner ships to your location.

    Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.

    The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.

    Do we deliver internationally?
