We deliver all over India based on the services available from logistics companies in India. However please do note the following:
- If we are unable to ship a product to the address you have provided due to our logistic partner not servicing that area, then you will be duly notified and not be charged for your order or a refund will be provided.
- If a product cannot be successfully delivered because you have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, the device will be returned to Cloudwalker. Our team will reach out to you in such an event to inform you for the same. In case of no confirmation, your paid amount will be refunded after deducting handling & third-party payment processing charges of the returned order at actuals.
- If a product is not successfully delivered because we or our delivery agent made a mistake, we shall make another attempt to deliver the product at our cost.
- If you do not receive your device within an estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at 1800 102 3647 / firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, invoice number and your shipping address and our support team will get in touch with you.
Estimated Shipping & Delivery time
Generally, orders are dispatched within 5 business days from the order date and estimated delivery time depends on customer’s destination and is usually within the next 10 days from the dispatch date.
Any delivery dates or times provided by us (or a delivery agent) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Your item will be shipped to you free of cost within India. In case delivery address is beyond our standard logistic partner’s delivery destination, then the same will be conveyed to you and additional charges may apply.
For shipping products back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and or purchasing a shipping insurance. You will be responsible for shipping and shipping costs while sending your item to us for service under warranty.
Please note only in case of replacements required due to manufacturing defects or damages during transit while delivering to you, shipping cost will be reimbursed.
